Can't resolve trapped air cooling system using any method.
 

So long story short car had a crack in the radiator we swapped that out put a new thermostat in and put it all back together. So filled it up with coolant and drove it around for a bit. The temperature started to climb brought it back home, opened the bleed valve the one near the back by the cowl near the battery. Bled some air out, then after I opened the radiator cap and notice to the coolant level was pretty much still the same. Drove it again still the same issue tried to turn on the heater also open the bleeder but not much came of it. The thing is this whole time the top radiator hose is hot but the one coming from the thermostat is not at all. So I tried the radiator funnel, the lisle no mess funnel anyway. That didn't go according to plan I did it pretty much like it supposed to but the only thing that was going on with the water I added to the funnel was going straight to the reservoir. So at that point I stopped adding water that's the car idling for maybe 5 minutes and it started gurgling and started spitting out coolant from the funnel. So anyway dealership wants to charge 250 to bleed the system. So what else can I try? Any possible issues that it could be the water pump? The only thing I can try to do is Jack up the car from the front so it's elevated and try to do the process all over again but it feels like it's not getting me anywhere. Any suggestions??

I've read you are supposed to Jack up the front of the car so the radiator cap is for sure up there in the clouds. I'm going to be doing the same when I get home today.

I usually rev the engine for a few seconds with the funnel it will cause the coolant to rise in the funnel. I turn the heat and fans up and squeeze the hoses. Takes well over an hour to do it this way and once the hoses are both warm, I still have no hot air in the cabin. I will take it out for a spin to get the last remaining air bubbles out. I've done it this way several times without issue.

might need a new RAD cap ? Not building the proper pressure to cycle the fluid thru your engine
