LED Tail Light not working

LED Tail Light not working
My driver's side LED tail light ring is not working. All the other rear lights work. I replaced the fuse and still not working. Anybody have any suggestions before I end up buying a new tail light? Thanks for any help.

Make sure it's plugged in and apply 12V across the appropriate leads to test it.
