2006 G35 coupe AT Key won't turn in ignition
How's it going guys new to this forum I have 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe AT car was working perfectly fine a few weeks ago then go out to grab some food and car was dead I bought a new battery thinking it was maybe the battery still nothing , replaced the terminals on the battery still nothing. I just replaced the starter a few months ago and it didn't give me any problems starting. The car gets power lights and alarm turns on , doors lock and steering wheel did move til I moved it and it locked , I don't have the fob only the key just trying to get some tips or direction before I blow more money on stuff it won't need anything helps Thanks also when I put the key in the ignition dash stays the same no red signal or anything just dead

Did you figure out what was going on with your car? Mines doing the same after removing the battery.

You're saying the mechanical key won't turn in the ignition switch? Or just that the ignition switch won't let you turn it when you have your key fob in the car? Is your security light on the dash lit up red? Sounds like immobilizer doesn't recognize your fob and won't release the lock.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong with your car? Seems as if my car is going through the same problem. Thanks!
