How come I can't post in DIY forum?
 

I'm trying to post up the steering wheel JDM conversion, but there is no "new thread" button for me. Should I just post it in the "Interior" forum?

Just post it here in this forum, and a mod will move it to the DIY section.

Or, you could PM them with a link to the thread to speed it up.

MY guess is because it's a locked forum. Only moderator's or administration can create post's. It's common practice so they can make certain that the content posted is well done and will benefit the entire board at large, plus they wouldn't want replies to already posted threads either. Just pm a moderator or administration member and let them know you have something you'd like them to consider adding.
