intense motorsport sucks (long)
i'll try to keep it as short as possibe, take in mind this is one person's experience.
i make a phone order first week of june for a data systems front and rear spoiler. they were helpful with the order, answered all ?'s i had. money was taken from my account next day, so i figured they put the order through. wait time they said was 6-8 weeks. i ordered from them instead of bulletproof cuz they said it would be 10-12 weeks.
fast forward 2 months later, i call back to see if my order was in. couldn't find my order, they asked how i made the order. i told them phone order, put me on hold and then come back and say it'll be in in a couple days. a week later, i call back, ask if the order was in, again ask my name and put me on hold. couldn't find the order and asked how i made order. i told them and they said again, it'll be here soon.
again i wait a week and call back, same cinario. i spoke with a guy named hon and he assured me it would be in on august 30. i'm kinda ticked but i stay cool asked if this was a definite date. hon said yes.
well, today is the 30th, 4 months later. i call back and ask to talk to hon, he's busy. i told them to tell him to give me a call back. all day i wait and no call. so i called them 30 mins ago, and hon is still busy. i spoke with someone else and he said parts still not in. now i'm pissed. i asked if they would compensate me for my wait. i don't want much, maybe free shipping? they said they could do nothing for me, so i cancelled my order.
all in all, their customer service after i purchased the product sucks. i've ordered custom made rims from japan and they didn't take 4 months. and everytime i called to ask about my order, they could never seem to find it. they are so unorganized.
please don't say that things bought from japan takes awhile, custums, yada yada yada..... i know, but 4 months is ridiculous. i the person that made the order just forget to order it. but they were quick enough to take money the next day.
i just couldn't believe they wouldn't try to keep my business after they had already made money from me. oh well, i've learned a lesson. but what really sucks is that i missed out on bulletproofs groupbuy for the same parts cuz i was waiting for my order.

Wow, you're pretty worked up about this. We already returned the monies to your card, per your request. If you would like to confirm this, please contact your bank. They will show that the transaction has already been completed.

understandable that orders take long from japan, but quoted from g35lay of getting the run around of "it'll be here soon" and "couldn't find it" will get ppl a bit pissed off i think.
they just sound like excuses rather than actually trying to help the brother out. yes i read both sides of the story.
