g's and z's everywhere!?!?!
as of late, i've been noticing A LOT of g35 coupes lately. it's gotten to the point where i see more coupes than 350z's nowadays. at one point, the z's were everywhere. for example, i was at a jack-in-the-box today at lunch. there were 5 patrons in the restaurant, including myself. out in the parking lot right in the front, there were 3 coupes (one was my car) and one z all parked next to each other!!!! but, it was a nice sight to see though. i thought perhaps it was a mini-coupe meet!!!! :p
|
I would have to say that there are only about two or three where I live, but we also have a harsh winter so that my be the case in the low number of G's.
|
Where do you live?
Luckily here there arent many coupes. Thats what I love about it. |
I rarely see G35 coupes where I live. I see a lot of sedans a day, but maybe 1 coupe every 2 days.
I see at least 1-2 350z's a day. Nice cars, but the G35 seems more refinied |
More Gs and Zs in So Fla than civics.
|
there's tons of 350s and coupes in my area.. when i first got it, i was one of the few.. now, they're still not as common as camrys and accords, but i am guaranteed to see at least 5 every time i drive out..
that's what happens when a car with good specs AND a good price comes out.. everybody wants one :) just enjoy yours.. |
Theres a lot of G35's especially coupes in University of Florida... bunch of rich frat boys!
Thats why I chose the sedan! :p |
Soca is full of the coupes, every time you turn around. But hey, what do you expect? G is mass production car.
|
omg theres a g at every corner in socal where i live i cant leave the house and not see another g on the road
|
In Staten island NY the G is pretty popular too
|
there are so many Gs and Zs in so cal. i have 3 Gs in my school ( including myself) and 3 Zs. along with that my neighbor owns a Z. So im bound to see at least 6 G/Zs daily.

Around Hartford, CT... I'd say 5 Z's to every G Coupe. Maybe even a bit higher. G is MUCH more rare. Sedans of course are widespread.
Other interesting thing is the age of the drivers. Most G-drivers are 40+, whereas most Z-drivers are well below that. Guess it fits the stereotype of the younger people not minding less practical. I'll be happy to snap up a 50 yr old's lightly driven, garaged-in-winter coupe when I'm in the market for a car in the near future! |
I have only seen 2-3 other G coupes in Northern Utah, and I have never seen another CB coupe/sedan here either. It is like having a car that no one even knows about. We do have our fair share of Z's though. There is only one Infiniti Dealer in the state, maybe thats why, but I am not complaining.
