Window doesn't lower

The passenger side window does not lower at all. Yes, I have made sure that it's not locked from the driver side. It's a 03 G35 Coupe and I had taken this to the dealer previously. At that time, all they did was reset the motor.

Also, when you close the door, the window automatically closes firmly. This does not happen as I found out the hard way.

Yesterday I went to a touchless car wash... and what did I find while going through the wash? Water and washing fluid slipped through the window. FUN!! :(

What do you suggest?

My window freezes from the cold we have been having and I have owned my car for 1month and 1 week it is an 06 coupe I got it NEW. Sometimes, I get in and hear the motor but no movement. is this going to Kill my window?

Looks like a simple reset won't do, bro. You're going to need a new motor in there.
Thank God for a decent warranty.

One thing that I found out about the automatic vent door open feature thingy is that sometimes there's some play somewhere between the motor and the window itself. So the motor may indeed activate when you open the door, but because of the play, the window won't go down at all. It gets stuck on the seal. If you push down slightly on the window, you'll see it go down a bit like it should.
