Uhm "prickly" sensation when clutch is 1/2 depressed - fully depressed

I just felt it this morning for the first time, it doesn't happen all the time(not after starting the car). Well I drove the car 3 times today and all 3 times I felt the prickly sensation from the clutch(feels like a rusty and worn spring or something  ) at different times after starting the car.

Note: About 2 or 3 days ago there were 2 occasions when there was a slight metallic grinding sound when trying to get the car in gear. Clutch was fully depressed.

Going to the car to give the clutch a few tries and see whether it only happens when the car is running.

I too get this once in a while. If you do it in a quiet garage with the car off, you can actually hear the spring. I'll be tearing it apart in the spring to see what the heck it is.

spent 5 minutes testing the clutch, seems like it only happens when the car is running.

edit: Took another ride around. Definately felt it. It does NOT feel good at all and bothers me alot to have that prickly sensation whenever i depress the clutch. It is only felt when you're depressing the clutch i.e if you just hold it there you won't feel it.

I got this too, a popping type sound sometimes when pushing on the clutch, but it seems to have gone away now after putting a few thousand miles on the car.

Take it to the dealer / mechanic. Could be the throw out bearing / fork since it only happens with the flywheel is turning.

They said that it was normal... GREAT
I drive this car everyday and I know whats normal and whats not

How long does it actually take to take apart the clutch assembly and put it back together again? Why's the dealer so reluctant
