ok so i have read through the forums and through the search for it and all and still haven't found an answer to my question.

Im interested lately in buying a G35 but have seen some differences in the years and everything. But where do these "skyline" models come from with the 350 GT decals. Are they regular G35's or what?

From what i have seen there are no models as such that are specifically the 350 GT kind. Do they have turbo's on them or are they just decals that you can just buy and put on your car? If so thats kinda weird, but i would like to get some because it definantly makes the G35 look that much more appealing.

Any feedback towards this would be definantly appreciated.

They are just re-baged G35's... No Turbos unless the owners have modified them after the fact.

The badges are readily available from many different sources... I think Grubbs carries them as well.

 

Well the Nissan Skyline 350GT is the Infiniti G35 of Japan. Its the same exact car except a few cosmetic changes and they just badge it with the Skyline 350GT. People in the US try to be hardcore JDM and follow the same suit. So these badgings you see are just people who rebadged there Infiniti G35 to Skyline 350GT. To me i think it looks tacky, but however you feel. The actualy Nissan Skylines r32-34 (soon to be r35 xD) are TT

Ok.. so yeah thats what i thought..

Makes sence about the whole badging from Japan thing with the skyline. But yeah that would be cool to have i guess.

I saw one that had the skyline badging on it about a week ago and it stood out, so i guess thats what my main question was.
