I know that the 05/06 will not just bolt up to the 03/04 cars. But where is the problem? around the headlights? fenders? grill?
My thought is that it may be possible to use the uppper half of an 03/04 front bumper, and cut it horizontally. Then make the same cut on an 05/06, and graft the two together.
Since my parent own a bodyshop, I am content to wait until I can "acquire" both bumpers for free... Basically an 05/06 that is damaged on top and an 03/04 that is damaged on bottom...

Its all about tha Benji's... I like to make stuff work anyways... and don't have the money to just buy the Nismo, or I would...
I'm still kickin my butt for not just paying the shipping on Tim's old bumper to get it to Memphis...

Its totally possible using 2-part plastic repair epoxy on both sides of the seam, and then sanding the outer face back smooth... Then finishing with 416 PolyFlex, prime, and paint... its the same overall methods used to repair a poly bumper in body shop situations.
honestly... way too much work for an average looking bumper. Get a nismo and call it a day. OEM nismo beats 05/06 w/ a lip and any bumper out there for the sean. Except maybe rookie's... it's a close tie.

What you are looking to do may be possible. I'm not sure of the differences but it will take some molding work to make it look right. It will also take a lot of material and time to do it right.
As others have said before it may not be worth it. If your P's own a body shop they could get you a great price on the Aero (Nismo). Just food for thought.

I'd just go with the NISMO and call it a day. It is the best front end available for the first gen sedans and will save the time/experimenation you will be wasting trying to make the 05-06 fit.
