Dude that looks great. Glad that we could help. I just need to get another 15 to run up front. I will be a +25 all round. :)

wats up guys...help me out here...I'm going to purchase rear shocks this week just need your opinion on which ones to get I'm thinking either the bilstein or koni to match my h&r springs...any suggestions would be appreciated and also where I can I purchase them for the best price?

apintojr May 30, 2008 12:22 PM

most people use the koni's i beleive.

Garyv01 May 30, 2008 01:32 PM

thats true but theres a thread going on about how good the bilsteins are so im curious whats the better choice

apintojr May 30, 2008 01:54 PM

yea, but the thing with bliestein you wont be able to get the front shocks. you can send koni your stock front shocks and they will make then adjustable. some people have done that. i was the first i beleive. cost me a pretty penny but so worth it since theres nothing else out yet.

Looks good. What size tires are you running? 245/40/19?

JMAN44544 Jun 6, 2008 05:00 AM

Yes sir. Falken F452's. No rubbin, no rollin'.

sahiwal007 Jun 7, 2008 03:38 AM

sorry if this was posted b4, but what springs are the lowest drop for the G35 sedan?

FlyingLumpia Jun 7, 2008 10:29 AM

If you want the lowest drop, wait for the coilovers to come out. If you want springs. Then go with either the H&R 350z spring or 350z Eibach sportlines both should give you about a 2 or more inch drop.

Also if you have the rwd and not the awd. You can get coilovers now.

Any updates on the coilovers for the X

FlyingLumpia Jun 7, 2008 12:36 PM

Well it seems like we have 2 companies working on them. That one company that guy post on page 48 and Attack racing (the one I am working with). That one company looks really close in finishing them. So sucks for me (sticking with Attack Racing), but good for all of us. More choices.

Hello guys I am new to this site but not new to the car game. This g35 is my brother's. I actually set it up because he needed a little motivation. The car has on tien s tech springs have had them on for roughly a year. Rides smooth yes the car has on 20inch rims and does not rub with help of my fender rolling job. The rims almost match the color of the car which is sarangheti sand. The car has roughly 35k miles on it so maybe around 15k miles on the springs. Struts are in good shape and are stock. I personally installed the springs my self. The car also has a lip spoiler on the trunk and tinted front window 35% and sides are 15%. Nuthing done to the motor just looks!!!!!

agreg001- Nice work man, very nice setup your brother has (thanks to you). What kind of rims are those? I'm a big fan of twin-spoke rims...and have never seen those before. Thanks for posting! Best looking sarangheti sand sedan I've seen on this forum!
