Offsets for sedan with 19's

My tires have arrived before my rims(245/40/19), I have on order 19x8.5's, but i saw in other threads that 245 fit on 8" and someone tried putting them on 9" some one let me know what my options are please. And most importantly what are the offsets for a non staggered set up of 19x8.5, or a staggered set up of 19x8 and 19x8.5 (if thats even possible)????

Look at the chart called wheel fitment guide under the sticky called "sedan picture compilation" in this sedan sub-forum. According to it, offsets from 38-45 appear to work on sedans. Your tire size has a little bigger overall diameter than stock 19's but should still fit even when lowered .5- 1 inch according to jimmyc13 when I asked this question in thread

that chart is not accurate at all. you should get +35 to +38 all around on 8" or 8.5" wheels to have nice even flushed look without any rubbing.

I got 19X8.5 +35 all the way around. Same tire size. The car is lowered with Eibach springs. No rubbing at all. You can see pics at www.mainstreamracing.com/gallery/SimiG35 . Pretty flush with the fenders.

245's are perfect for 8.5"
