yeah i spent way too many hours on the altima. the body work the shop really spent lots of hours shaving the door handles and moldings with not one wave in the door panels. i've seen some bad jobs on cars where it's way too off. and it was a nightmare to keep the body side line but they did a great job plus to change the color to mercedes benz iridium silver w/ blue pearl was worth it.

it's funny you mention the MB color 'cause I've been thinking of a color change myself. I find the BS on our cars too boring and not as rich looking as the Benz. any chance you can email me some hi-res pics?

Da-Mayor, I know how hard it is to let go of a project you worked so hard to complete. But look at the bright side, more modding money for your G35.

Can somebody PLEASE make one of those grills for an 05! To me that is why the Altima stands out more than the G. Both cars look great!

Wow...sweet Altima....and you gave it to your 17 yr. old kid? (or did you sell it to a 17 yr. old kid). Either way...they better take care of that....I'm sure you'd be pissed if they beat on it. Are those Milano's?

I wish I got a car anything close to that when I was 17...

Instead I got a Hyundai Elantra, and I beat the shyt out of it.

Make sure your son babies this car, it's nice!

That altima was pretty pimp, but to be honest, from the front I thought it was a souped up civic. Could have those rims fit on the G?

the grill is from activetuning.net so i asked dave@activetuning to see if they will make one for the G35 sedans so they might be on it already.

the rims are the same offsets off the altima and the g35 but i rather start fresh -- i went through over 8 sets of wheels on the altima and a few body kits.

my problem was that the altima was a tad faster than the G35 so yes i'm planning to really start modding the G35 quick.

Please let me know if they do move forward on making the grill. I know there are lots of others with 05s and 06s that would be interested as well.

lol i'm 24 so i wouldn't have a 17 year old son.... the kid that bought my car his mom got it for him-- he's going to be a senior in high school. i know she really wanted to make her son happy so i hope he really appreciates that.
