Serpentine Belts

Was just at the dealer, they are telling me the 2 serpentine belts are slightly cracked, and I have heard them sqeal before on cold start up. They are asking too much money for the OEM belts, where can I get replacement belts? Rockauto only has them listed for the 04, are they the same for the 05 Sedans?

I just replaced them this past week on my '03 5AT G35 sedan with 38,000 mi.

I bought Dayco replacements at Advance Auto Parts: $24.44 for the A/C belt and $26.96 for the P/S, ALT, WP belt.

Installation was relatively simple, and would have been easier if I had a set of those flex-head racheting box wrenches for the locking nuts. Don't have a belt tension gauge or a calibrated thumb so it was an educated guess on the tension setting.

Should be under Maintenance and lubrication/Engine service/Belts & pulleys.

These are OEM Infiniti parts.

You can get some Gates belts at Napa also. They are great belts.

if you don't want to do the work yourself just goto a Nissan dealership and ask them how much to do it with non OEM belts they will probably quote abot 80
