You?

I would have been happy to buy them before I placed this order.

Hey Quad, do you remember how long it took you to install your CJ fuel return kit? Mine came in today and I was thinking about installing it tonight but it might be a bit too much work for just a couple hours of free time.

well................

I took my time with the in-tank fittings. It is a tight squeeze on the location....I had to dremel and snap out some plastic to give myself a nice flat mating surface. also, I didn't have alot of room to tighten down the bulhead fitting.

also, make sure you only have about half a tank of fuel. If you have a full tank, fuel will pour out everywhere when you open up the tank....the top of the tank is actual above the location of the pump housing access port.....

these should help some:

BTW, I think we need our own forum just to bounce ideas off of each other.

Those pics are a HUGE help, thank you!!!

I agree, if you want to start a Black TT sedan thread for us I would be more than happy to post all my comments there.

Just be careful with the float arm and its pivot point. There have been instances of those getting ruined if not removed carefully, which will cause the fuel gauge to be extremely inaccurate. You may think you have a quarter tank and run out of fuel.

Please post a link to your new thread so I can follow it too.

Thanks for the warning. I had it out for my pump install a while back and you are right, that thing is touchy.

That sucks

Buy the way your car is hot! I am such a fan of the coupe in red with that front end! There was going to be a buy for a replica of it for the sedan but there was not enough interest.

Thanks Tim. I think your car is hot too. You and Andrew are doing things that I'd like to do to my sedan one day. It's a shame there isn't as much selection of body kits for the sedans.

Hey Quad - if you still have another spare 2 3/4" 90, I need it. My plan didn't quite work and I am short one of those. Let me know.

I just need the 90. Let me know what you want for it. My zip is 85085. Can you ship it priority mail so it won't take 7 days to get here?

Thanks
