Man.... I'm tired
Well, I started this morning at 9:00 am and I just got finished taking a shower and sitting down. Didn't even stop for lunch.
What did I do you ask? I changed: the MT6 trans fluid, Syntec 75W90 The Diff fluid, Royal Purple 75W90 Replaced both sway bars with my new Hotchkis set Replaced all four springs with a set of unrevised 350Z springs I bought A FRICKIN' YEAR AGO... And I did it all without air tools or a power lift (used jack stands). I need to lose some weight and get back into shape. Heck at one point my hands were cramping so bad, I had to unfold my fingers from around the socket wrench! I feel like I've been run over by a truck.... :icon30: I would post some pics, but it DARK! I'll get you some soon. I haven't even driven it yet! Have a happy new year guys, I love tha' bunch of ya'! Tex |
i feel your pain.... a few weeks ago i did my shocks and springs at home. was supposed to have my brother come by and give me a hand, but never showed.
i ended up installing a new set of components in the doors today. much easier than doing springs but took a couple hours out of my day. |
What did you put in?
|
yea i know what you mean, i changed my differential fluid today with Mobil1 synthetic 75w90

nothing beats doing the work yourself.... i just had a tech do the oil change, flush the coolant, and drain and refill the tranny. now i have a small coolant leak and need find it. i didnt want to hassle with doing the work, but now i have to. if i would have just done it myself in the first place, this wouldnt be a problem. |
