G35x - '04 vs. '05

You are going to love it. I have nearly the same vehicle with about 28k on the odo. I had the rear window bolts replaced (TSB) and a rear window trim replaced for wind noise all under warranty. That's it - very reliable and I don't baby it. I have the graphite (black) interior though but think that grey looks so sharp. It is going to be a lot cooler in the summer, too. When the 05x was in for the TSB, I drove an 08 with about 2/3 of the mileage. The 05+ interior design is really great. 08 is a step up, but the 05+ is quite good and better in some respects. When I got my 05x back, I was like 'ahhh, this is better' Crazy, huh? but then it is all good with the G line. BTW, the i-key rules. How did I ever live without it?

Update - I spent the past 2 days driving from Cleveland to Denver after picking up my new G, and I just have to say I love it! The drive, other than being boring beyond words, was so smooth. I love the power. What really gets me is the torque - taking off from a stop is one thing, but being able to accelerate past someone when already doing 90 is another. I've never had a car that can accelerate at speed so quickly without even having to downshift.
Thanks to everyone for all of your help!

But break time is over. Time to start modding!
