This happened to me about a month ago.

I just ordered double din nav unit to replace the factory stereo.

Much easier than having it repaired and having the same issue arise later on down the road.

If the car is under warranty, call the dealer.. mine goes in again for this next week..very common problem

This happened to me a few months back, i decided to pay for the factory fix (roughly about $500), they give u a 12000 mile warranty on the problem
