Honey, you are fooling yourself, size and power always matter. So does the pocket book, hee hee. Kidding (sort of). Anyway, 25 hp is a big difference. It's my fault for not putting this thing on the dyno before I left. I won't ever be that hasty again. Oh, trust me, without sounding too confident, I know, very well how to use that horsepower, all of it and then some.

Re: "ricer math" I totally agree. Although, when you're forking out major cash on your mods, it's really nice to think you're getting close to what they claim. Of course, it's all different when it comes down to the rear tires, that's where it counts. I'll know in three weeks, the before supercharger and after. My biggest concern, although it's going to be intercooled, is that the first dyno will by in the morning around 8am, and the second won't be until the following day, in the afternoon, due to the time of install. So, I'm not sure how "true" the numbers will be. Stillen's dyno is outside, so it's totally at the mercy of the weather and their huge fan.

Great Scott! That was a lot of mods to bolt-on all at once I bet it must have been an overwhelming experience for the good.

Nice pics btw ... sexxxy! But what I'm really dying to see is the dyno plot as it stands currently. For once, I would love to see how much power the Stillen exhaust + intake makes on a 6mt Sedan.

You're likely putting down somewhere around 242-246 WHP right now.

I haven't seen a 100WHP gain from the Stillen, I've seen a lot of dyno's around 290-325 (very respective gains across the entire band).

You should go to the track now, if you know how to use all that HP...see what you run the 1/4 mi in...then get it dynoed...then do your blower/intercooler and redyno and go to the track again.

That will accomplish two very important things:

1. You will know how much your butt dyno agrees with a real dyno...b/f and after. The dyno is all knowing.

&

2. You will truly know if you know how to use all that power b/c the track doesn't lie either.

No personal experience but I hear the Escort G-Tech 2 gives very accurate times when it comes to 0-60 and 1/4 times. I'm sure it has a bunch of other features but I purposely stay away from that kind of stuff. Otherwise, those precious tenths will be the end of me...

I keep hearing good things about the G-tech. They aren't that expensive, I guess I should just invest in one. I would love to have some true numbers to post for you guys. Sorry about the three week wait, but it looks like I'm going to have to do the quarter before and after also, according to the bosss anyway, and how could I disagree?
