Wish it did...I'd gladly give up the stupid reclining rear seats for it. They are wicked uncomfortable in the reclined position. A total waste IMO.

Never sat in the backseat of my "G" (and never plan to, either!), but my 20 year old nephew had nothing but praise for the reclining back seats on a recent 1300 mile round trip from Cali to Idaho. He said the best part was being able to change positions, keeping him from getting cramps, etc., and lets you recline back a decent amount when you want to sleep.
That's the only person who has ever used my backseat (for more than 10-15 miles) yet, so that's the input I've received so far. However, there is no doubt as to the usefulness of a fold down rear seat, either.
