I was reading about the new C6 Corvette Z51 in MT this morning and regarding VDC/TCS this is how it works:

It's on all the time, but if you press the button once you've turned off the traction control, if you press it twice you've enabled competition mode and if you hold it in for 5 seconds you disable it altogether...how nice is that!!!
