Hey Kris, sorry I'm late to this thread. I guess you've probably figured this out by now, but the 03/04 and 05/06 rear bumpers aren't a 100% direct swap. I know, because I put the 05 on my 03. You have to change the trim on the bottom of the quarter panel (FSM calls it a 'mudguard') the tag bracket is different, and the foam padding underneath is different (and obviously the trunk button)
All the info on my swap is here. https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sed...hangeable.html
Hope it helps on your new rear bumper!

No problem... Glad to help.
You know.... I souldn't put ideas in your head, but... I think it would look kinda cool to have CF all the way around the bottom like the ZR1. Obviously not really big (like the 03 bare plastic side skirts) more like, well, this:

I can get a cf driveshaft made for $1100... but I would forfeit my OEM (they destroy it when making the CF)... if you can do it for that (or less) and not destroy my OEM, then lets talk

As for the wheels... how much?

That style is nice. But I would like the style like the sliver Z has in CF even better...

"look"???? hell no, I'd paint over it if it were visible... real CF. The only reason I would want CF wheels or drive shaft is the tremendous weight savings.

Its doubtful that wheels could be done at a reasonable price... and unless you have connections for drive shaft design, that's a project that probably wouldn't be a good idea to attempt.
