Headlight twitches but won't go on
 

I just noticed my right lo beam isn't working. When I turn on the headlights, the right lo beam blinks rapidly a few times and then stays off. Could this simply need a new HID-D2R or could it be something else like a relay or something?

Either ballast or bulb. Swap the bulbs and see if the problem follows. If not..you might need new ballast. Verify you have proper voltage at ballast first

I've seen IS300s have this problem and culprit was usually a failed ballast. But like Mustang5L5 said, swap your bulbs first.
