what bugs and issues did the 03-04's have?
 

I keep seeing members telling others to get the 05-06's sedans instead of the 03-04's due to all the issues that were fixed.

What bugs did the 03 and 04 have?

the bose radio will die on you, mine is anyway, 3rd brake light, .........um other have issues as well ive been kind of lucky....

Also the valve covers are prone to leak oil into the spark-plug wells where it will puddle around the plug/electrode/probe whatever...

Rattles... Then again the 05-06's have those too.

Edge of dash likes to lift up.

no major problems

they are all little interior or rattle problems

engine and tranny are both built very well.

Some engines have the oil in the spark plug issue but its not a big deal like most make it out to be

here's a little one, OIL CONSUMPTION!

The manumatic shift logic is improved 04.5 and up.

The 03 ECU is less tune-able.

Black lower sills suck (but nismo doesn't)

Definitely 100% your radio will give you issues rather it be the cd changer not working or some type of error mostly 03-04 sedans...

2 stereos have gone bad on me so i think its time for an aftermarket double din kit and radio...
