04 G35x junk title

I bought an 04 x with a wiped out front end but still runs and drives for pretty much the interior for my 03 rwd sedan. I also swapped doors because they were the same color, had no door dings (mine had a few) and also had nice tinted windows. Swapped trunk lids because mine had the "doggy door" & I thought the 04 trunk lid looked cleaner without it. I was doing some reading & was thinking on swapping the rear diff. If i am understanding right, I have 3.3 gears & the x has 3.5's. Any suggestions or input about a complete swap would be greatly appreciated. Also, any suggestions on anything else I should swap.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions or input.

Funny how people on here can contact you when you post something wrong but nobody wants to give input or help. Not the first time I have run into this on this site.
Thanks for nothing again!!

Unfortunately, most people these days don't do a lot of technical stuff. Just fancy headlights, drops, and rims.

But yes, the X has a 3.5 diff, and the 6MT's also have a 3.5. The 5AT RWD has a 3.3

Simply swap the pumpkins. The speedo calibration is done through the ABS IIRC, so not an issue.

Simple google search pulls up plenty of info from persons who had done this.

Thank you Mustang, I was a big fox body 5.0 guy & gear swaps were always a huge upgrade. I am not looking to race my G, just figured, why not use as many parts as possible off the x. Was originally going to attempt an awd swap but I have a Subaru & trucks & it is nice to jump in the G after winter & feel all the power, otherwise, I seem to get used to it & it becomes slow.
Thank you again, I was pretty sure on everything I read, but wanted to get it confirmed.

The awd aids in on road performance. On a warm dry road it is glued to the road and loves twistys and curves!
