What should my friend in Japan bring me?

So I have a friend who is touring Japan right now. She just messaged me to say she has " a little bit" of room in her luggage if I want her to bring something back for me.

So, what would be a cool, JDM-only, small/light thing for my '04 Sedan?

No, coilovers or a turbo are not an option.

The only think I could think of that I'd like is a real JDM double-din kit. What do they cost in Japan, and are they dealer-sourced? Like any Nissan dealer would have them?

Failing that, what else would be cool? What will make y'all green with envy? Nothing too "rice", just something that isn't commonplace here on North America.

Well that's very helpful

She's a chick - and not a gear-head. If I sent her that photo she would probably come back with a 1975 Toyota Crown.

Tell her to buy an old license plate off a street vender to hang in the garage, perhaps a poster too.

probably not much.. JDM parts are not that much cheaper over there than here, if at all since she'll be buying it at local retail..

ask her to bring you some hair wax, oil blotting papers, and other metro-sexual male products. But even these could be ordered from Amazon.

Used underwear from a vending machine! Hang them from your rear view mirror and tell all your friends its JDM.

Haha, I'm 46 and in the military. I'm the last guy on earth who needs hair products.

That's pretty slick, but are they really about $200?

Tell her to go to the local UpGarage and ask if they have anything for your year and model. If they don't have it, they can get it since they are a LARGE chain of quality second hand part stores.
