Haha damn. Not bad blue, not bad. All about that age sex location back in the days of AOL instant messenger chat haha. When I was a teen/even younger there would always be people asking that question and in certain online video games lol.
Side note: Lana it's just good fun, everyone respects a girl with a g. String that is. Welcome to the community!

Anyways I'm looking to start with the appearance over performance (interior and exterior) but i do want the car to sound more bad *** too! I want to change the lights inside to blue how do i go about doing that? In terms of some of the mods i picked out from the forum that a lot of people said were good are:
Intake(Rev up air box and Stillens Ztube) to make it sound cooler?
5/16 spacer
HKS axel back muffler
LED lights
What you guys think? Any of these good? Any horrible? anything to add? All help is appreciated

While this is the best intake setup for the G, I would skip the revup box because that money can be better spent on plenty of other mods. The intake is not going to make that big of a difference in power, and IMHO, the hollow sucking sound of the Z-tube is not an improvement. But at least the Z-Tube looks good and is cheap.
As someone already mentioned - the plenum spacer alone is almost pointless if you have a manual, you want to MREV2 + spacer (any size, it doesn't make a difference unless you are boosted). But for the low cost ease of installation, there are some noticeable gains in performance, although you won't see it in hp gains.
An axleback connected to the factory exhaust is going to drone. Get yourself a cheap catback exhaust instead. There are plenty of cheap but quality aftermarket exhausts from companies such as Buddy Club, Tanabe, etc... and while headers do not really make any power and are expensive to install due to the tight space, they do open up the exhaust to give it a fuller, throatier sound.
Lighting and LEDs are easy these days since you can buy the plug and plays almost anywhere.

IMHO and I've stated this on Driver ad nauseum is the best bang for the buck mod are sway bars. Yep the spacer's nice but you can barely feel the difference on a stock VQ after adding it. When you replace the sways, especially on a sedan, the minute you pull out of your driveway or whatever, the handling dynamics of the car are noticeable as being tighter and more controllable. Add in the fact you can do this mod for around $200 if you can find a good used set or a little over $300 if you buy new it's a steal. Motordyne would be my first choice followed closely by Hotchkis.
If I bought a stock used G again and I was told I can do one and only one mod it would be the sways, hands down.

G35 sedan w/ too much money in mods
Trust me you won't be disappointed. I promised myself when I bought my GTO last year that it would stay stock after this almost 8 year journey of modding with the G. I really wanted to just add sways and that was going to be the end of it until I found out it's between 8-9 hours of labor to replace them. I did most of the work on my G myself, but I'd need a lift for the GTO swap and would have to drop both the front and back clip to complete the job. Guess she'll stay the way she is for now.

Already great info and recs here from the OG members in this thread, I'll add what little insight I can
First figure out your budget and how flexible you can be with it. Need to have that down before you can tackle which mods and what order you can get them in.
Depending on your sedan model (sport/non-sport), 350z springs (1" drop) or for a more even drop Z springs front/G coupe springs rear (1" front/0.5" rear) would be the first mod to get IMO. I'd probably also install new oem shocks specific to the springs you would be buying since donor cars' parts would be 10+ years old now. Figure ~$40-$50 per set of springs only, not sure on price of new OEM shocks.
Sedan clear corners - OEM are usually expensive as they're discontinued but sometimes deals can be found ($50-$70)
Ionic replica front lip (Mold came from my own OEM front lip) - $249 IIRC, think paint costs a little over $100 to this.
I'd agree with Dofu in that adding just an axleback (muffler) only would not be ideal; also adding in a y pipe and midpipe at the same time would reduce/eliminate drone. But everyone's ears are different - try to listen to as much video/sound clips and in-person if possible.
G35 coupe midpipe - $40-$70 used. Alone = drone.
HR y-pipe - $50-$100 used. Alone = no drone.
^ For the coupe midpipe and hr y-pipe, there are aftermarket oem style parts if you can't find any oem ones. I think Walker is the manufacturer and can buy on Amazon or RockAuto.
Magnaflow muffler #14815 or #14830 IIRC - $180-$220 new - HKS axleback is not worth the $400+ is for new; only buy if you can find used for >~$250ish IMO. Either way, you would need a 05/06 sedan hangar adapter ($30ish). Alone = drone.
For any exhaust mods, I'd suggest buying new OEM gaskets when installing.
OEM Z tube - ~$40-$60 used
RevUp Airbox (from 350z or G35 coupe)- ~$40-$60 used to new. Aftermarket intakes are not worth it.
MD 5/16" Spacer - ~$150-$200 used to new
Sway bars (Stillen, Hotchkis, MotorDyne) - $200-$250 used
Wheels - many inexpensive OEM G35/G37/350z options here. G35 coupe OEM 18"s, various 350z OEM's, G35 coupe Rays 19", 350z Nismo Rays 18", 350z Nismo 19"s, G37 wheels, Nismo A34 19"s....Depending on if only wheels or wheels/tires anywhere from $250 - $1k here.
Personally, depending on budget I'd go with handling mods first because they add so much fun in daily driving. Not including install costs to the following list order:
1. 350Z springs/shocks or 350Z/G35 coupe springs & shocks. (also getting an alignment would be a good idea after a drop).
2. Sway bars.
3. Z tube & RevUp airbox.
^ Total for above 3 mods: $300-350ish but new shocks would add to this.
4. MD spacer.
5. coupe midpipe.
6. HR y pipe.
7. Mangaflow or used HKS muffler, plus hangar adapter.
^ Total for above 4 mods: $500ish.
8. Sedan clear corners.
9. Ionic replica front lip.
10. G35 coupe/350z/G37 wheels.
^ Total for above 3 mods: $650-1650ish.
Tons of owner/user experience info and picture threads on Driver already. Happy hunting/modding.
