Probably the relay on the BACK of the cabin fuse panel, mine went out this spring. Remove the foot rest (just pops off), the trim panel over the fuse box (not just the cover, the whole panel) then the two bolts holding the fuse box and BEHIND the box are two or three blue relays. Either check the FSM to figure out which one (if '06 coupe it's the one closest to the firewall) or unplug and swap two of them until the fan turns on. Autozone carries the OEM relay not just a generic replacement.
Obvious do the swapping work with the battery unplugged.
