P1759 Engine Code

Hey guys, I have a 2005 Infiniti G35 sedan, auto 3.5L V6 260'000KM that have had some engine lights come up and im not sure what they mean.

a few weeks ago, the P1759 Engine Code came up saying it was a front brake solenoid valve function, the car lost some power while driving, but i reset it and it was fine. a few days later, the car completely died on me. mechanic said it was a fuel pump module, it has worked fine since it was replaced.

I drove it for a few weeks after that and today the engine light came back on with the same problem. while the engine light is on, it has a very hard time accelerating from first, and limits the rpm to 2000 with very low power. I reset the engine light again and now it runs fine.

does anyone know what this engine code (front brake solenoid) is? has anyone had a similar problem and what did they do/ what was it?

Transmission code, not an engine code.

That code indicates a problem with the automatic trans. The front brake has something to do with a sun gear, not the brakes that stop your car.

The FSM indicates possible causes as: harness, front brake solenoid valve, or atf pressure switch 1.

DTC P1759 FRONT BRAKE SOLENOID VALVE FUNCTION
Description:
● Front brake solenoid valve is controlled by the TCM in response to signals sent from the PNP switch, vehicle speed sensor and accelerator pedal position sensor (throttle position sensor). Gears will then be shifted to the optimum position.
● This is not only caused by electrical malfunction (circuits open or shorted) but also by mechanical malfunction such as control valve sticking, improper solenoid valve operation.
