Anyone Valet Park 6MT

I try to avoid valet at all costs. Once I was going to this swanky suaree that our firm was putting on and the valet co was hired by the firm so I decided to let it go this time. I pulled my car up and got out.... couple minutes later the G had not budged all the greenhaired lip pierced dudes were standing around my car looking at it. I went back over there and I was like is something wrong? They said no, we're waiting for the one guy who knows how to drive a stick to come back.
One other time before I had the G I had a really nice VW Jetta 5MT... I valeted it, and when the greenhaired lip pierced dude came back with my car he released the clutch with the car still in gear and jerked/stalled/etc As you can imagine, I was NOT HAPPY
I will park far away from where I'm going to avoid valet.

Perhaps it has already been said, but I didn't feel like reading through four pages of posts. If you read your valet ticket it will state that the valet company waives all liability. In other words, they are not held responsible for any damage to your vehicle.
Sometimes you can still receive payment for damages, but it usually only after a long drawn out battle with people who could care less about you and your vehicle.
That's all that need to be said.

Having had some valet experience myself, I would only valet if I know for sure that the lot was close and there was no chance that they would have to drive it to an alternate lot. I worked valet for special events at this unnamed place back home with some guys from school several times, the lot we were parking the cars at was about 2-3 blocks away, the sportier cars definitely got their limits tested, we had some fun but there were also other jerk offs that were working that would go through people's stuff and steal ****, NOT COOL!!! It has been hard to trust any valet services though, for sure.
