What's the difference between the standard G35 and the G35 Journey?

It seems to me that the only differences between the G35 and the G35 Journey are:

8 way power passenger seat vs. 4 way power passenger seat
Dual zone climate control
Ability to get options and packages

Is that it? Am I missing something?

Also, it looks like the larger 18" wheels are available on the Journey, but not the G35.
