Infiniti's Supplier for Navi Gear?

I was wondering if anyone had any information on what company supplies Infiniti with their navigation and control suite or if it's done in-house - specifically the Bluetooth/phone aspect of the rig. The reason I ask is my whole T809 phone debacle - it's a little frustrating that it pairs and answers and such, but the audio channel's distorted. I'm looking for someone to get in touch with that might be able to point me towards a debug or advanced-option menu somewhere in the navi that isn't usually accessible.

Any ideas?

ps: The BT Helpdesk of Nissan/Infiniti suggests decreasing the incoming-call and outgoing-call volumes in order to help distortion. It seems as though this is not the solution for my case (though I'm going to try a few more things in the coming days and see what may work).

Have you used your phone with any other bluetooth handsfree kits? It may just be the phone itself. I know that my Samsung A900 gets pretty terrible ratings for it's bluetooth reception.
