From this thread, you can see that most ppl, at best, got around $500-1000 over invoice. Of course, try to get what you can since it does vary with location.
edpark, what is the name of the dealership so I can contact them to see if I can work the same deal? Thanks!!!

I just purchased a G35 Sport w/ Nav + Tech (Platinum Graphite + Graphite Interior). MSRP was $60,250 (CAN). I got the dealer down to $56,500 ($2,750 savings + Private Sale Trade-In - saved on the sales tax).
Dealer makes about (8.5% - 9.0% in Canada). They will usually be "happy" if they make $1,500 on the sale.
Just have to wait now (delivery scheduled for either end of March or April).

Journey, Wood, Premium
I got $2000 off sticker. $33,600 with mud flaps, winter floor mats, cargo net. I had to be ready to walk away and find another brand of car. One dealer in town, other dealers (4 in all) about 4 hours away offered about $500 off over the phone. I decided to try to buy and S because the sticker was only about $1k more and wanted to order and then they told me the $2k off sticker was a no go for the S.
I got the car I wanted in the first place and think I did pretty well. So I had to suck it up, play nice and try to make a deal with my local dealer.
PS: No trade in. I got burned on my last new purchase/trade and lost about $5k in trade value to personal sale value. I put $10k down and sold my old car myself. Took about two weeks but saved thousands.

Great looking car...actually traded my 03 Coupe in on it.

Which dealership in Denver did you buy from? I've been looking in denver, but so far nobody has been willing to budge much below $500 off MSRP.
Did you get a decent value for your '03?
Thanks
