Why are 07 08 G35x's limited to modifications?
 

Im sure this has been brought up a billion times but why does it always seem that us guys with the g35x's are short on things we can do to the car. If anyone know what parts you can cross reference on the x's let me know. What's limiting the x's modification process and what makes it so different from the rwd sedans besides the obvious awd vs rwd.

Im looking for some wheels to put on the car but from what i read the widest you can go on the x's are 8.5. I have alot of friends with 350z's and g35 coupes and im in the process of trying on their wheels oem and aftermarket. One of my friends said hell lend me his chrome 19" work vsxx with a 10.5 rear. Ill probably try and put them on this weekend. Suspension ill try and put on my other friends 350z stock springs. Ill let you guys know the process and if i can take pics.
