I don't want a front license plate frame on my New G
 

I will be buying a G37XS in the next few months and I do not want a front license plate frame on the car. I live in RI where it is mandatory to have a front plate on your car. ( I’m on several police departments hiering list’s so I don’t get tickets :p ) and all the new cars on my Infiniti dealer’s lot all have the front plate bracket. Is this something that can just be removed? When I got my TL I just took the bracket off and there were 2 plastic color matched clips that went in to fill the holes for the bracket. How would this work on the G?

Order one and specifically request them to leave it off.

We do that here, but you do have to sign a waiver saying that you refused the front plate, and that we are not liable for any reprocussions of not having a front plate.

The bracket can be taken off, but your bumper will have 2 holes. (bumper plugs are a cheap fix)

That would work for me, just incase I ever need to put a front plate on it. Am I correct in assuming that my infiniti dealer would have color matched bumper plugs?
