What's Nominal RPM Idle when you start an Engine???
 

Hey could anyone verify what's the normal RPM Idling when you start an engine on our 07-08 G35? 1.5K? 1K?

My G is closer to 2K at start. I wait about 30 seconds until it slows to 1.1K before I drive.

@ cold start up it's close to 2k. Warmed up mine idles @ around 700-800. A bit high IMO, I need to perform the idle relearn procedure when I clean my TB and MAF sensors.

OK cool so mine is normal, cause I get 2K at cold and then it drops to 1.3K. I need to clean my MAF as well. How does that relearn procedure goes?

Shurik, the procedure is the same as on the Maxima. :)

living in a HOT country mine usually goes up to 1.8k for 20-30s and then drops down to 1.1k
