In a world without G's

Imagine a world where the G never existed.
What RWD/AWD car would you choose, from this decade, in the same price range...give or take $5,000ish?

ChinkyChoy Jun 20, 2011 11:51 PM

335i or M3

maybe even an IS

nogoodname Jun 20, 2011 11:56 PM

STi

The TL was my second choice when getting the G, but with hindsight I'd say probably a 350z/370z,maxima, or sti...and all of these would still be an big upgrade from the 330ci I had before the G

if there is is350 awd, i would have it. otherwise i will go for bmw. and TL will be my 4th choice.

When I bought my car, I probably would have went with a GTO/G8, maybe a Mercury Marauder as a long shot. If I had to choose today, either a Challenger or a 370z.

Wannabe6MT Jun 21, 2011 12:59 AM

If Pontiac was still around, a G8 GT. But if I couldn't have my G today, I'd be rocking a Trailblazer SS.

I would go with a Lotus Elise/Exige, Bmw z4m, or a Porsche Cayman.

If there was no G's? D*MN that would suck! But if there was no G's i would go w/ the IS350. I think it's another great car.

rich250x Jun 21, 2011 01:11 AM

is350 or evo x

Bahg35 Jun 21, 2011 03:53 AM

335, 135, or STi for an AWD.

infinitig35 Jun 21, 2011 08:39 AM

RWD = Lexus GS or IS
FWD = Maxima (I just love the exterior design)
AWD = Lexus GS or IS

WhosUrBuddiee Jun 21, 2011 09:01 AM

Audi S5

dmb4040 Jun 21, 2011 10:02 AM

I was between the G35 and the BMW 335. I guess would go with the 335 if G's didn't exist.

I'll be honest, prior to finding my 07, I was fairly close to buying a new Hyundai Sonata. Very glad I stumbled on the deal I got, but I'm also still really impressed with what Hyundai has done the past few years.
