Rear LED's
 

Had my 07 G35x in today for AC recharge and told them one of The small bulbs on rear of car was out(you know the small lights that make the circles). They said they are LED and cannot replace the bulb the entire unit needs to be replaced for like $250....can anyone confirm or deny this?

yep if you are talking about the tail light then yes this is true.. the rings are individual leds and cant be replaced without replacing the whole thing or cutting it open lol

woah woah..it's $250 if one bulb goes out? WTF

250 is the price of the entire tail light.. I recommend looking on ebay or in the classifieds for a better price

250 was the price just for the drivers side portion of the tail lights. Will look on eBay.

i agree with zoop, check the classifieds section too, i remember seeing tails in there recently...also check the same section on myg37.com

omg! one of my tails r out! this cant be rplaced under warranty huh?

I've seen a couple tail lights on eBay! Hey pbaba! Is the whole thing out or just a few leds lights! Linda sucks not being able to replace them!

Anyone know what the part number would be? I'll call dealer in the AM but I think I found it on eBay for $75.

this should definitely still be under warranty by the way...not sure who still has theirs though, mine ran out in april :(

One of the leds in my passenger side seems to go out maybe once every other week. At times it works perfectly then on rare occasions it seems to go out, after realizing I had to replace the whole assembly I didn't even bother, hopefully I'll get it changed out before my warranty is up.

theres about 3 leds next to each other that are out! and i still have my warranty!

Yup the taillight Led board has a 3 series/parallel circuit so if 1 goes out 2 more will too and eventually all of them . Only way to replace is to buy a new tail light or get custom tails from us .
