I've had it with bird poop on my car
 

Every single morning I have two crap stains on my car. On the weekends, I can have 10 by the end of the day.

I have tried moving my car to different locations but don't have the luxury of a garage.

Tried a fake owl, fake snakes, folding the mirrors in... All to no avail.

I have a blue slate 07 G35 btw.

Can anyone recommend me a good car cover or some other solution they may have come across? I know it can cause scratches from the wind, but this crap on my car can't be good either.

I swear I have to scrub the crap it hardens to glue in a matter of hours.

I agree. Everybody should have a .22 rifle, and be taught as kids to hunt birds so they don't poop on our cars anymore. Especially those pigeons and seagulls. I think we should leave crows alone though, they'll remember you if you miss.

Park inside...problem solved

You know this is what happens when you park under the tree. What i did 13 years ago when this happen is i took my pellet gun and shot the pigeon in the tree. After that, poop free.

I wish it was just one bird I could take care of, but unfortunately a flock of birds seem to rest on my neighbour's roof.

When they take off every car in the area gets hammered.

To the other post - I don't have a garage,

Just pick them off one by one. Throw poison up there if you have too. That crap is acid to the paint.

1. buy loaf of bread
2. tear bread into small pieces
3. water the bread pieces
4. apply some rat poison
5. PROFIT!

No need for rat poison. Alka Seltzer does the job just fine. When a bird swallows some, it'll fizzle and turn into gas, bloating their stomach until it finally explodes, dropping them almost instantly.
