Driver's side molex

Hi guys,

Just wondering, to all of you who have ran new speaker wires from the doors through the molex. Do you have any tips ? My hands are average but I'm just having a hard time getting the inside harness. The space is just too small and I don't have enough space to pull the inside harness out to drill the new hole.
