Trim around instrument cluster is squeaking. How do I fix it?
 

Basically, the trim around the gauge cluster is making a terrible squeaking noise. If I touch the trim I can make the squeak. It sounds like it is coming from where the instrument cluster touches the trim. Any ideas?

Pull the instrument cluster and figure out what's squeaking, or wedge stuff into slots until something stops the squeak and.... duct tape the everloving sh*t out of it.

You can take a dry lube spray or silicone spray and gently spray it into where the trim comes together. Don't go all willy nilly spraying that stuff though just a tiny bit usually works to help identify exactly where it's squeaking from.

Boeshield is excellent for silencing trim/plastic squeaks and comes in an excellent bottle for very frugal application.
