whats a good lowering kit for a 2008 g35 journey

I just got it and I wanna lower it and since there's so many different lowering kits to pick from online, I was hoping someone could suggest a decent one for me. I don't wanna spend thousands on it, but I do want it to still ride smooth. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

That depends entirely on how low you are wanting to go. Also keep in mind that any drop usually requires higher spring rates to both limit travel and prevent rubbing AND lowered springs are typically used for performance applications so the ride will definitely feel more FIRM but not necessarily uncomfortable.

Personally I think the 350Z revised springs are something you should look at since they still retain an OEM "feel" but are a 1" drop on the sedan (trim the rear spring perch upper seat to achieve desired height in the rear). You will save money on those springs and I highly suggest you invest the extra cash into a GREAT set of struts/shocks for the best ride quality, you can't go wrong with the Bilstein B6.
