Horn Won't Work

I have a 2007 G35 V6 sedan and my horn randomly stopped working. Below are the things I have checked/changed:

Horn relay
fuse near battery
Actual horns - tested at mechanic I took it to
Clockspring

The mechanic I took it to said it was possibly the clock spring. They quoted me $600 for the part and labor. So, I changed it myself, no problem at all. The horn STILL does not work and I am at a loss. Only things left would be the horn switch or the wiring throughout. Any suggestions on how to check the horn switch on this model? I am having no luck on the Internet as I only get results on how to change the clock spring.

It is really starting to bug me!!

Welcome to the forum

You neglected to mention the year and model of your vehicle.
It might help you if you downloaded the FSM for your vehicle.?

See page 2 HRN

Have you checked for proper grounds and any corrosion or wiring harness poor connections?
Possible problem/defective IPDM?

Not a very good mechanic in my opinion if he is unable to positively identify the root cause and just wants to throw parts while guessing.
Use your multimeter.

Good luck

I added the model to the original post. I’ll have to get a multimeter and check
