Car Won't Start No Turn over
 

The issue started today out of no where car died while in the store try to start it an nothing no lights on the dash but the radio comes on doesn't try to crank over stays in the Acc an On position the break is locked in at the maximum pushing pressure the gear shifter is locked iv replaced the fuses box connected to the battery an still won't start fuses test fine iv tested the battery it tests find any ideas?

Sounds like you blew a main fuse in the fusible link.
