Can't submit trader rating?
 

I am trying to submit a trader rating for someone who I bought a gauge pod from and it says that my account doesn't have that privelage. Anybody know why?

I have disabled some of the addons for a bit to make sure we are running fine before turning the full site back up. Sorry there are a lot of things going on right now with fixing the mess from this weekend.
