catchy title eh? anyway, I noticed that you can no longer see who's viewing threads that you're currently looking at. Like at

the bottom of the page it won't say anymore "Current Users Viewing thread etc. etc." And it won't give you the list of the people

online when on the bottom of the page when you click on 'forums'.

I also noticed there were some color and font changes on the mods. Some changes going on? :dunno:

Hey, that blows! My guess is that this is because Internet Brands has taken over control of G35Driver and this is one of many many changes we will see.

The colour and font changes for the mods happened a few days ago, but I have no idea about the currently viewing users thing. I just noticed this on my350z, but it got by me here.

Good catch. The currently viewing thread function was working earlier today. Why the change??

yea i thought i was banned or something lol..b/c i couldnt see whose viewing the thread on the bottom lol

yeah I was thinking that could be it. the only one that sucks is the one about viewing the current users. I hated that on my350z.

That's far from the truth. As Christian stated, GodZilla turned it off to help reduce the stress on the server. It should be back on when everything settle's down (lag).

Who's online/in a thread was answered so I won't get into that other than it will get turned back on as soon as possible. Many of us (including myself) like that feature.

The fonts have not been changed so I don't know where or what you meant.

Color changes, yes.
Light Blue = Moderators
Dark Blue = Super Moderators
Magenta = Well those are your fellow lurkers of Driver more or less by their choice. When they initially registered they either didn't reply to the registration email like all of you that can post did, or they gave a bogus email addy so they never received the email to reply to. They do nothing to contribute to the community here except suck up bandwidth. Might add this had nothing to do with what is going on here with the hanging issues which is being worked on.

AthensBlueG - Trash your crystal ball bro. Your comments have no validity whatsoever. Please keep in mind that IB took over the site (ownership wise) Nov. 30th. Have you seen any changes on driver that they might of done since that date. The color changes was done by staff here. IB has done nothing to the site. The Staff remains the same. Please READ THE ANNOUNCEMENT AGAIN including the FAQ. Kyle went to great lengths in preparing that announcement.

In a nutshell, it's business as usual.
