Can't Add Tags?

Is it just me? I can't edit/add tags, but i can see them :confused2:

If it's the lounge that is because they were disabled, the tags you see there were done by vB. You should be able to add them in other sections though.

yeea i figured that was the case
but i can't add tags in other sections either :dunno:
