New Premier Member, can't see DIY section

Why can I only see the "STICKY" threads....I thought when I paid to become a "Premier Member", I could see all the posts...?

There are several DIY sections....you should be able to see everything. The only reason you might not is if that particular section only has really old threads, and your user CP is set to filter them.
