I have been on site for more than 45 days AND i have more than 100 posts.
in fact i have a stockpile of stuff from mods that i have been waiting to sell since i learnt of that rule and now it still won't let me post?

Looks like you just reached 100 posts today. It can take several hours to one day for your Marketplace permissions to be granted. If you are still having issues creeating a FS thread tomorrow evening send me a PM. Thanks.
