Paid my $5 and it still won't let me post?

I paid my $5.00 to post in the classifieds and I am not able to post anything! Do I have to wait for the transaction to be processed or wait for something to be updated???

I can't find records of Paypal payment for either of you two-- I looked through and we don't have a "confirmed" from either account. sometimes some credit card companies won't verify payment for a few days, so it's in limbo until they verify.
